Selection Philosophy
Because the Summit is limited to only 100 participants, all applicants must undergo a rigorous selection process.
While academic and professional excellence set an important foundation, the heart of the Summit has always been personality, authenticity, and the ability to inspire others.
We look for individuals who stand out not only for what they have achieved — but for how they think, collaborate, and elevate those around them.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following:
Currently enrolled first- or second-year full-time MBA students
Enrolled in a deferred MBA program beginning in or after 2026 Executive MBA or part-time MBA students may apply up to one year after graduation Diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and geographies is a core priority.
PROCESS
Pre-Selection
Submit your CV and the online application form. You will receive feedback within 48 hours.
Deadline:
April 03rd, 2026
Application fee: 69 USD (regular)
Qualifying round (Video Pitch)
If selected for the second round, you will be invited to submit a one-minute video pitch answering two key questions (provided upon invitation).
Deadline: April 10th, 2026
Participation
After reviewing your video pitch, the final cohort of 100 participants will be announced.
