MBA WORLD SUMMIT 2014
March 26th – 29th | Hong Kong
The very first MBA World Summit in history was held in Hong Kong from 26th until 29th of March 2014. It brought together 62 carefully pre-selected MBA students (out of more than 2.000 applications) from 20 top-tier Business Schools worldwide.
The world’s most distinguished MBA students – hailing from 28 countries with the desire to build lasting bonds – came together for this first-of-its-kind event to engage in energizing exchange and enriching best-practice-sharing during a variety of creative program formats. These included cultural expeditions, a junk boat cruise to Hong Kong’s outlying islands and inspiring encounters in the most dynamic dining and nightlife venues of this bustling metropolis. The main conference was hosted by the Hong Kong Cyberport which provided the perfect premises situated within an architecturally diverse complex specially designed to stimulate creative innovation. The city’s integrative spirit as a cosmopolitan bridge between China and the World made it the ideal place to launch this ambitious initiative which ought to become the pinnacle international gathering for the global MBA community in no time.
A special thank you goes out to the first batch of pioneering MBA students who – with all their enthusiasm and positive energy – made the MBA World Summit 2014 the first unforgettable chapter of the Summit’s great success story: Thank you!
